30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unworn or unused
- In its original packaging with tags attached
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, contact us at info@thevault80s.com. Returns must be sent to the address provided once your return request is approved. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we'll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The following items are not eligible for return:

- Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item, and once that return is approved, place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
