Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package every step of the way.


International Shipping

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Damages

The Vault 80s is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or us directly to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


Shipping Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@thevault80s.com — we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
